Evaluators Needed for the 2021/2022 Season

Hello fans of ringette!

As we are approaching the start of another exciting ringette season, FV Ringette is in search for qualified evaluators for creating our U14, U16 and U19  Zone 4 teams. The FV board is currently without a Director of Evaluators so myself, Nicole Burdes and Nicole Tjepkema will be running this year’s evaluations.  You are receiving this message as you have graciously offered to help our association in the past 🙂
Every year we are getting a little better with the zone team selection process and this year is no different!  Along with coordinated ice times, I am happy to advise you that evaluators will now be compensated for their time/travel at $25.00 per evaluator, per ice time.
Please take a look at the times below and if you are available to assist us, sign up for one of the nine ice times via the SIGN UP link for that division.

Small print  – compensation will be  paid out in a timely (but not instant) manner after the completion of all the evaluations via cheque.

Please fill out your Zone Tryout Registration.  Tryout fees are 25$ per player, once registration is filled out you will be contacted with confirmation of receipt of registration as well as,  where to send your payment.

Call for Proposals – U12 Competition Introduction Program

Lower Mainland Ringette League (LMRL) is seeking a contractor to deliver the Ringette BC U12 Competition Introduction Program for the 2020-21 season.
Interested individuals or businesses are welcomed to submit a proposal to undertake work that meets the statement of work attached. Please include your pricing, cover letter, background and qualifications in your proposal and email to the LMRL Director of Athlete Development Edina Beeby (edina.beeby@lmrl.ca) before midnight on September 13, 2021.

Social Media Influencer

Are you passionate about our sport and the impact that it has on your friends, community!? Well we have a JOB for you!  FV Ringette Association is looking for an Influencer to take over our Social Media Platforms, this can be used as your volunteer hours for FV, school along with an honorarium that comes with taking on this job.  If you’re interested please send Nicole to apply.  This is an open ended posting until a suitable candidate is found.  Contract to be negotiated.
