Spirit of Winter Reminder…

The Michelle Vandale Memorial Spirit of Winter Ringette Tournament is fast approaching and thus, you will be seeing a link to the SignUp Genius volunteer schedule arriving in your inbox within a few days.  Families will be required to fulfill a minimum of five hours (per child) during the tournament.  There will be various time slots available beginning early morning on Thursday (Nov. 28th) through until dinner time on Sunday, Dec. 1st…sign up early to get the best selection.

About Ringette

Ringette is a Canadian-born sport, dating back to 1963 when Sam and Agnes Jacks introduced a new ice sport for girls using a rubber ring and a straight stick. Since that time, ringette has grown tremendously and is now played in every Province across Canada and internationally by girls, boys and adults. The ringette community is made up of a supportive, fun and driven group of people locally and nationally who have worked tirelessly to ensure opportunities abound for ringette athletes, coaches and officials. Whether you are looking to have fun at the recreational level, or pursue athletic excellence in competition, ringette can offer the right program for you.
