Langley - Aldergrove - Abbotsford   (or anyone living farther east) 

Proof of Residency will now be required at time of registration (19+ Open is exempt)

Parent's Drivers Licence, a copy of a Utility Bill & the name of the Child's School

Registration for the 2009/2010 season is now closed.

ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE PARTICIPATING ON THE ICE.

Don't forget the following steps when completing your registration forms:

1. Sign the registration form

2. Sign the player and parent code of conduct forms

3. Include Payment or Post Dated Cheques

4. Include Jersey Deposit

5. Proof of Residendy (Parent's Drivers Licence, a copy of a Utility Bill & name of Child's school)

5. Copy of Birth Certificate - New players only
