Players Registered by June 15, 2011 will pay $375.00 for their registration and will have the option of paying in full (July 1, 2011) or by post dated cheques (July 1, 2011, August 1, 2011 and September 1, 2011). Players Registered after June 15, 2011 will be subject to an additional late Registration Fee of $50.00 for a total registration cost of $425.00. There will be no post dated cheque options when registering late. U9 (Bunny) registration fees will remain at $175.00.

Goalies with their own Equipment registration fees will continue to be 50% of the Player Registration Fees. Goalies Registered late will also be subject to the late registration charge of $50.00

When registering, please remember the following:
1.) Sign the registration form
2.) Sign the parent and player Code of Conduct Forms
3.) Include payment
4.) Include Jersey Deposit
5.) Include Volunteer Deposit
6.) Indicate your Fundraising Preference: if a family does not wish to participate in FVRA fundraising events they can make a payment of $100 instead
7.) New players: copy of Birth Certificate and Proof of Residency (copy of Parents Drivers License, utility bill and name of school)

All players must be registered before participating on the ice.
